  Our furnace died, and Rod was able to come out and give us a quote the next day, which was a Friday and arrange for installation on the Monday. We obtained several quotes from different companies, and we found that custom comfort climate care gave us the best value for money, and we felt the best service. Terry and Evan our installers were wonderful. They showed up on time and made sure that the place was kept clean and tidy when they left. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for a new furnace or any other heating or cooling needs

  Terry Arnhem was excellent and professional in the installation of our furnace. Thankfully Custom Comfort had the furnace in stock. The old furnace had lasted us 25 years so I guess having to get a new one was no shock. Custom was the initial installer and also cleans our fireplace. I would definitely hire them

  The team at custom comfort climate care is phenomenal. We recently had an issue with our furnace and they came within less than an hour of me calling, and had the problem fixed immediately. The staff at the office are so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

  We had Custom Comfort install a new AC and Furnace into our home and they did a fantastic job. They understood our urgency and made themselves available to us in a timely manner. Matt and Jon installed our A/C and Matt and Bob installed our Furnace. Matt, Jon and Bob all did a fantastic job, were professional and answered any and all questions we had for them. I would highly recommend Custom Comfort for anyones heating and cooling needs.

  We really appreciated the service we received when our furnace stopped working.
  
  Our furnace has been maintained by the Custom comfort team for years and its most likely what contributed to the furnace lasting for 30 years.
  
  Finally when it did stop working, we had a technician here the within hours of our phone call. The inspection and recommendation for a new furnace was professionally and kindly presented, without any pressure.
  
  Because of our loyalty to the custom comfort company we were definitely presented with a reasonable and a manageable replacement, even going beyond what is normal with the purchase method.
  
  The two technicians who installed were fantastic. Quick yet thorough.
  The work was done very cleanly with no waste for us to care for.
  
  The follow up call the day after install was informative and handled in such a way that helped us feel very good with this whole experience and it’s resolution.
  
  All these factors certainly made this experience for our family including my folks, who are older seniors, easy and comfortable.
  
  Would recommend Custom Comfort and it’s maintenance program for the service and peace of mind they provide.
