  Terrible service. Lied about the us bills they had. 45 min drive to a company i wouldn't recommend

  They do not have a display of currency rates. No time to think at the counter when they turn a display half way towards you. The exchange rate was so much lower than the official rate. Lost $30 on exchange of $200. A lady was rough with me. She revealed all the details only after the transaction was done. It might be just me but I felt cheated with their service. Next time I better use my bank. I better pay more to my bank teller who takes time to smile and explain the details of the deal.

  They have a good rate but never seem to have small denomination bills. They wanted to give me $100 usd bills. This has happened twice now. Get better inventory. $100 bills are difficult to use. I went to ICE on portage and they gave me all 20’s no issues.

  This place is good for rates, but they are the slowest ever! They have 1 person working on a Friday mid day. I've been waiting 25 minutes now and still the 5th person in line!

  I think I counted my money correctly to get my exchange, eventhough the staff member kind of snickered and said no. First, don't get cocky with people trying to figure out the exchange. I hope that the money was counted right. I did double check, but I couldn't argue with them too, not fair for others waiting in line.
