  Overall I'm satisfied with the installation of the new A/C unit although there was no follow up customer service from this company after the work was complete.

  Crystal installed 2 compressors and 5 heads for a ductless unit for us and did an excellent job! The install was quick, clean, and professional. The techs were very professional, tidy, respectful and experts at what they were doing. Overall an excellent job.

  Our AC unit wasn't turning on, and so I called the after hours service. Max took my call. Within just a couple of hours, he came out to the house and checked the unit. Turns out that it was a simple wiring mistake from when we had purchased our furnace from Crystal last winter, and so our AC unit had not been connected properly. He fixed the issue right away, and at no charge. We all make mistakes. Max is a pro, and I really appreciate his and Crystal's commitment to getting customer service right. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone.

  Max was here last Sunday , May 23th. Thank you Max for your professional work and commitment.
  He was able to answer all my questions and he always showed a very respectful and collaborative aptitude.
