I first opened my business ten years ago. The first accountant I had in Nanaimo did a horrible job and was very expensive. My bookkeeper highly recommended Cross & Co. I have had no regrets since I let Jared do my accounting. Jared and his fantastic staff have done an amazing job over the years. I found Jared to honest, hard working, fair and true to his word. I even had a CRA audit and Jared helped me through the process and made it a lot easier. Jared and his staff handled the entire audit and where a huge help. I couldn't imagine not having Cross and Co there for that audit. I have recommend his company to friends and family. I have a family member who also uses Jared and is very happy with his work.

Jared and his team have been excellent to deal with over the years for our personal taxes. We ended up moving to the mainland and thought it would be more efficient to use a chartered accounting firm down the street from us. I was concerned with the work and wasn't use to the treatment I was receiving so we contacted Jared for a second opinion. Jared and his team were able to save us a substantial amount on our returns and we were treated with respect, information was explained thoroughly, and their response time was beyond acceptable.
Within minutes, I receive either a text or phone call in response to my concerns, along with subsequent emails to follow up!
