Based on our excellent experience with the Cronins selling our house on Lorca Cres in Mississauga, I would highly recommend the Cronins as the Real Estate Team to sell your house!
They met all our expectations plus more!
Most importantly, they included us as partners in the selling process! They were extremely professional!They listened to what we wanted, were always prompt to return our calls and to do further research in the quest of us preparing our home for sale.
They helped us to find painters, plumbers, handyman and even movers.
They had an awesome interior decorator showcase our home to make it look so spacious, modern and luxurious!
They were extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in our area and the value of our home. They guided us through the acceptance of offers and negotiations!
Above all they are very enthusiastic, friendly, patient, helpful and considerate. Their wonderful sense of humour helped us through the most difficult stressful times.
I will always be grateful for their professional help and support in selling our home after living there for 32 years. For some of us selling your home which holds so many wonderful memories of family, children, grandchildren, grandparents, friends, neighbors and numerous pets is very emotional.
I am now content that the Cronins especially helped me through these emotional times.

The First time I spoke with Helen I knew I had to meet her. My neighbour had used the Cronin team to sell their house and gave me the recommendation. But I knew that I had to interview a few realtors for ourselves and choose the best one for us. Without a doubt we knew right away after their first visit that we wanted to work with them. Who would have known that we would be seeing so much more of them in the next few months. They have exceeded our expectations of what a realtor does and have consistently gone above and beyond to help us sell and find our new home. They are personable, honest, hardworking and always available. We saw them so much, my daughter thought they had become part of the family, Indeed they had. They truly cared about selling our home, but most importantly finding us a new one. And when we finally found the home we wanted, Helen still wanted to make sure we were making the right choice by showing us a few more that would either solidify our choice or change it. Something she definitely did not have to do. After selling and buying they continued to walk us through the next steps, moving out and moving in. They have played a huge role in our lives this year and we’re all kinda sad we won’t be seeing them as much anymore. I will continue to brag about the superior service we received from the Cronin team and recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. Thank you so much Glen, Helen and Chantelle.

I highly recommend the Cronin team to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. I cannot imagine going through this process with anyone else.

Over and beyond, the call of duty. I have never had agents work so hard for me as the Cronin’s did. From the purchase of my home in Georgetown to the sale of my home in Churchill Meadows. Professional, honest, reliable and very experienced. The Cronin’s exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an agent.
