See something you love but want it a little different? Maybe even A LOT different! Have your own idea? Sounds great! We love custom items!! Picture references are great, but not required.
Regular shop turnaround is 14 business days, excluding holidays. Rush orders (orders needed before 14 days) are available for an additional charge and are up to Crewson Creations discretion.
Once order details are comfirmed, work will begin once 50% deposit has been received. Cash, e-transfers and Square accepted.
Pick up is in Guelph, ON. However delivery is available for a fee of the surrounding areas of Guelph. Shipping is also available at an additional cost.
Pick up window is within 14 days of completion date. For other arrangements please discuss with Crewson Creations prior to ordering.
For custom items, after deposit is received, up to 4 'mock-ups' will be provided to the client.
All custom items are a final sale. No refunds, returns or exchanges. Please message Crewson Creations directly for any concerns.
Crewson Creations reserves the right to photograph every product, and use that photograph in advertising and social media. Please let us know if you would not like your product featured (but prepare for me to be super bummed out!). Crewson Creations always asks if the items are for gifts and we promise we won't ruin any surprises!
Crewson Creations gives a "10% referral discount" to returning clients who refer a friend on their next purchase over $20.
Crewson Creations gives a Free Gift with next purchase when you send Usable Client Photo! In order to qualify for a discount, your photo must be:
