Just not what used to be. Wild mushroom pasta lacked wild mushrooms and taste. This is a dish that I have eaten here many times for many years. Overall I think the quality of the food is not what used to be. The staff is friendly but many times too rushed. Used to be my go to restaurant in Banff. Now I am looking for other options.

Great service and tastey sandwiches. Seems like they use real non processed meat. Wish i was more hungry when i went so i could eat more!

First time eating here and atmosphere was very cozy, staff friendly, and the food was very tasty! I got the Mediterranean Pizza and my wife got the Chicken Enchilada and both were excellent! We recommend you give it s try if you're ever in Banff, CA

What a great experience. The food was exceptional but the service and overall atmosphere really makes the place. I always marvel at the talent it takes to serve a diverse clientele.

This place is amazing! The food is flavourful and made with fresh, quality ingredients. The staff are incredible. My favourite meals: Breakfast - Heuvos Rancheros, Lunch: Shrimp and goat cheese enchilada, Dinner: Chicken enchilada or Mediterranean Pasta with prawns.

    Service was poor.
Portions were laughably small- ordered the AAA Alberta tenderloin. With a menu price of $33 at a smaller restaurant I would've expected a better bang for my buck. The steak was roughly 5oz (if that), the polenta was overwhelmingly sweet.
Also, started with a $9 Caesar salad which closely resembled a $4.50 side salad from every other restaurant.

Don't be fooled by the casual exterior, this restaurant is a hidden gem! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, offering great suggestions for every craving. The food is absolutely incredible. Choose any pasta dish and you won't be disappointed (really, how can you be when it's handmade???) however the mushroom pasta with Gorgonzola sauce is the BEST. Enjoy!!!

I had an outstanding meal here, with excellent service. I had the spicy black bean burrito. I grew up in Texas, and this burrito was one of the best I've ever had in my life. I absolutely recommend trying this place!

Service was great, very busy so make sure to come early. Their breakfast ends at 11 and we had to wait outside for a table.
The food was delicious and the eggs were so good. Definitively will come back for more food.

Great, fresh food in heaping portions.

Sat in the nice 2top near the front window. Service was fast and courteous.

Food was exceptional. Enough to fill you up but not so much you can't move afterwards.

Highly recommend the fresh grapefruit juice.

Had a good rib eye steak here with a substantial amount of rice and vegetables for the side. Beef aside (I'll explain below), it was a pretty good, tasty and balanced meal.
Apparently most of the food here is spicy, but it's good spicy, not suicidal spicy like you'd find at an Indian place. Amount of spices in my case, however, did retract from the taste of the steak itself (I couldn't feel natural flavors and the taste of the beef itself, which I normally can when cooking it myself or going to a steak house).
Go here for overall good food & service but remember that it's not a steak house.
P.S.: would have rated 9 out of 10 if it was possible

This place is the sickest. The stuffed French toast is unreal. Especially when you get one of each sweet and savory. The chicken tortilla soup is the best way to make your stomach happy after hammering out some park laps at Sunshine or Lake Louise
