We bought a home from Coventry 4 years ago. We had a few small paint issues that needed to be corrected on initial walk through, but they were quick to make sure it was fixed up before we moved in.

They also gave us a great leather book that detailed every paint color, flooring material, etc. so we could make repairs down the road easily. Super cool idea. We kept adding to it as we renovated too.

This was our first new build home, and Coventry took care of us step by step the whole way through. They allowed an outside inspector to come in to verify their build. He found an exposed nail in a shingle. The builder immediately had it tarred and covered for us.

Buy from these people. I will from now on.

My partner and I moved from Toronto to Edmonton and just purchased our first property through Coventry Homes.

We worked with their representatives, Peter and Jenna in West Secord and they made the process very easy and seamless. They were able to accomdate for our distance when we were in Toronto and even after moving in, they are still assisting us with small issues that pop up here and there. So far, there aren't any issues that can't be fixed.

Great experience - Would highly recommend to work with these two!

It was a great pleasure working with Richard on the final stages of my home build. He is extremely personable and eager to help his clients see their home plans come to their idea of perfect. He genuinely listened to all of my concerns and worked hard towards resolutions. He was always prompt in his responses and went out of his way to accommodate requests.
