This is an older but well kept motel. The staff was very pleasant and the grounds were well kept. We had a very nice stay. Thanks!

My family and I had some unexpected events that took place that turned us to stay here and I'm sure glad we did! As it is a comfortable stay felt very much like home and that's what we want after spending long hours on the road. Very VERY clean rooms, comfortable soft beds, wifi, awesome kitchenette everything we needed, out of 10 I give it a 10, five stars etc. If I'm ever in Coquitlam again and need a place to stay my first choice will be here

I came in late with complications and the staff was totally understanding and gave me an upgrade even! They are wonderful here, the rooms are nice n tidy. Well tended building and staff with ready smiles and helpful . I will always come back here when I visit Vancouver!

Value accomodations. It is what it isUnder $100 a night. I found staff friendly, the room clean. Flat screen TV, portable A/C, mini fridge and microwave in room. Staff was friendly. There was some tiles cracked in bathroom, but everything was clean and worked well.
I read all the other negative reviews on here and wonder why people pay $90 a night here and then complain that the room isn't like a $300 a night room elsewhere
It is an older motel but clean and quiet and offers value accomodations for those who simply need a place to sleep with no frills.response / report this review -

This place is very disappointing! It's dirty, smelly and old
The website picture is a lie! It's horrible!
The smell was over powering.
Bathroom definitely showed its age.
Very old facility
Tub/tiles needed regrouting.
Floor needed cleaning in the bedroom.
Dust everywhere
Tube T.V.
No coffee in the room

Much better since renovations other then, like other places with either renovations or on skytrain route they have jacked up the price so resiculously high. It's significantly more then much nicer hotels. There's nothing wrong with charging a fair rate but this seems like unjustified greed. Other then that..like I mentioned. much better then before the reno's. No coffee in your room. No do ñ ot disturb sign for doors. It's clean still populated by a steady stream of flea ridden people!

It was as expected. Comfortable, friendly and the staff were great. The rooms do need a little TLC and could have been cleaner but otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

My experience was A++
My fiancé our 2 dogs and daughter stayed at this motel for a month and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room service was more than expected and the room has a modern design and was well kept and clean. For the exceptionally good price you can't find anywhere else, I highly recommended it.
