Amy Wong did a great job of helping me to obtain a mortgage that was particularly difficult due to the nature of property and my financial situation.

She communicates with clarity and patience was also very meticulous in reviewing the details of the application as it was being filled out.

She always took the time to let me know the status of my application, as well as the potential challenges and timelines. She explained very well the required steps that I had to be take, whether they were to be done my me or by others. At all times, I knew status of the application.
