I needed my furnace servicedor so I thought. Apparently my furnace was installed by amateurs and the entire installation was in need of quite the overhaul. Complete Heating was honest with me about costs to get things "to code" again and gave me legit options to choose between rest. When I asked or considered certain options, they were honest with me about what should and shouldn't be fixed before I "one day" replace my heating system. They didn't pressure me into wanting the most expensive but best quality of life options available.
My job required that they needed to come back for a second visit which they took care of so I didn't have to worry about babysitting them or being forgotten.
At the end of the day, they gave me an awesome product, amazing service, fantastic price, and 0 reason to not use them again. Their honesty and integrity shows that they just want what's best for you. It was a stress-free, trustworthy experience.

After getting what we felt was the most honest and thorough evaluation of our heating issues, we gave complete heating the go ahead to perform the repairs. The service went well and came in slightly less than anticipated as they were able to cover some of the items under a warranty that we didn't even know existed. We are grateful for their integrity.
