  They are nice enough as people but not punctual or very thorough. I scheduled a viewing of a location and the manager came about 30 minutes late and seemed annoyed the whole time I was speaking with him; it didn't feel like he took me serious at all.
  
  I had already provided them with my email, but he then asked me to provide him my email again so he could send me the rental application "soon". I had to contact them 30 minutes before their office closed as they never sent the application. The application was then wordlessly sent to me about 30 seconds after I sent them a follow up message confirming its whereabouts.
  
  He had told me in the tour that he would contact me the following day letting me know their decision and saying I would be able to put down a deposit then. 2 days later I still had not heard back from them so I sent them another follow-up message to quickly learn they had gone with another applicant; this is fine but they clearly had no intention of actually contacting me to tie up loose ends and let me know that they were going in another direction.
  
  The whole experience felt terribly unprofessional as they immediately failed to follow their own word.

  Had great peace of mind while renting my house with this property management company. They were very responsive to any questions I had. They also kept me in loop about any maintenance issues and also helped with getting issues fixed quickly making it win win for both us and renters. When we decided to sell Anand was very professional and left us a very happy customer. Highly recommend.

  We had to move out of province and our tenant decided to move out of our rental property at the same time:( We found AM PM Properties through an ad on the radio.Mr Mishra met me the very next morning and understood my dilemma. He made a plan in the same meeting and executed it seamlessly! I was kept informed regularly. Both my properties were rented out within a month. It has been almost three years and our properties have been rented throughout even during Covid. I am very impressed with the AM PM staff as they are always professional and very responsive every time I get in touch with them or need any information.
