The location of the hotel is located near many shops and restaurants. Our king suite was large and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the whirlpool in the room. The pool and hot tub were great the first night but the hot tub was closed the next morning. We were disappointed by that. But overall a nice stay.

Breakfast was great, pool was nice. View was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Woke up refreshed. People were nice. I'd definitely go back.

This was a nice hotel. It has a pool & hot tub (but we didn't have time to use those, so I can't give an opinion on them). The room we stayed in had a chemically smell to it - it was pretty overwhelming. The room only had a tiny window, which we had opened, but it didn't let enough fresh air in, so it was hard to get rid of the smell. The continental breakfast was great here! They had lots of food to choose from (including a waffle maker to make your own waffles). There's a restaurant in the hotel too (Kelsey's), but we didn't eat there - we went downtown.

Rooms were nicely updated and clean. Nothing exceptional, but nothing really awful either. A decent place to stay. Only thing I really didn't like was the breakfast. Not so good. Could be worse, though.

Very friendly staff. Room and hallways were clean and well appointed. Pool and hot tub were a little.cloudy.

All the staff is awesome. Rooms are always clean every time I stay there. I don't stay at any other hotel.

Good value. Stayed here twice with a hockey team. The service is excellent. Breakfast is as expected. Good location. WiFi was good not great - slow at times.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and quiet surroundings with many amenities for guests. Good location, plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area without being in the centre hun of the city. Lovely rooms, extremely comfortable beds. Clean and fully stocked.
