  Hip hop, dance hall, socal, R&B only place in Saskatoon to play these genres! Always a good time.

  The place is a dive, the bartender was rude. Came in at 6:30 after dinner upstairs and was asked for a credit card to run a tab, that's a lifetime first for me anywhere(I am from Calgary) and I am close to 40. Bartender also declared that her kids are Indians too after asking for that credit card. I'm not from India or Indiana so I don't know what the relevance was there. 0 stars. Stay Away!!

  UPDATE: Not one other establishment in Saskatoon has requested a credit card to start a tab. Nice bitchass response though "owner" shows your level of care for customers. Attached is a screen grab from the Colonials Facebook page response to my review.
  
  ***You should also note that it is against the law to deduct walk out tabs from staff or have them pay. I suggest that your employees sue you for that. They can. They should. You have violated their rights.

  Well it is a pub but nothing special about it. Smells like urine outside. Needs renovations inside to attract classy crowd. Sometimes dangerous looking people scare young ones. College students like because of cheaper options during weekdays.

  Food and drink are cheap and good. If you decide to go, go on a week day. It's quiet and calm during the week. On the weekends the place gets rowdy.

  Been going here for about 13 years. Sure, it's set up could be a bit better, but the staff tries their damndest and it's one of the best 'meat market' bars left in this Podunk town. If getting action and libated is your prerogative than this is one of the best places to go. Hey, lots of people just wanna drink and screw sometimes (hahaha) so why not the colonial?
