The wait was long and we finally moved into our house almost 3 months ago. We discovered numerous deficiencies during the pre and possession walk through, we were promised that they would be addressed within 30 but it was certainly not the case. Their horriable post possession service is what I wanted to emphasis. First of all, their service guys will only come during the weekdays, they will usually give you a 4 hours window. So my wife took some time off from work numerous times to accommodate their schedules, but their service guys will not show up! Today, my wife waited for hours for nothing. I can tell my they have a serious communication issue internally. I am still dealing with issue after 3 months.
Yes, Coco Homes offers a pretty good package but beware of the nightmares you have to deal with after you take possession.response / report this review -

I think at one point Coco homes cared about the homes they built. Now it's about how fast they can build and take your money. It has been 16 months from our first deposit to possession. The foundation wasn't poured till January 2014..then they slapped the house together in a matter of 6 months. Our pre possession walk through was an absolute disaster. We had to reschedule and do another pre possession walk through.Overall there are numerous deficiencies and lack of communication, it's not a great combination. I would steer clear of this builder
