After doing extensive research I decided to trust my vision to Dr. Al-Ghoul. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Him and his team are true professionals. Being roughly 10 weeks out from my LASIK procedure my vision is superb and I would choose them all over again.

I would highly recommend Clarity Laser Vision. I did quite a bit of research and was choosing between a few options. In the end it was the reviews and the experience I had during my consultation that I ultimately chose Clarity.

I did not seem like just a number and it felt more personalized and not rushed. I have had quick responses before and after surgery. They are quick to fit you in and make sure you feel comfortable through it all. The surgery itself was quick and talked me through it, through every step. Overall a great experience and am happy with my decision.

I recently had ICL surgery at Clarity Laser Vision and couldn’t be more ecstatic about my resulting vision! After 30+ years of extreme myopia, I can clearly and high def. than I ever did in contacts or glasses. It’s amazing. The procedure itself was quick and painless and the staff at Clarity Laser vision were amazing to deal with. I’ve already highly recommended them to all my friends and family who have been considering corrective eye surgery.

Where do I start! Growing up you always hear the horror stories that are associated with laser eye surgery. Having gone to Clarity and another big name laser eye clinic for consultation the clear winner was obvious. Dr. Al-Ghoul being a very well established and talented ophthalmologist in Calgary really puts your fear and anxiety at ease. His equally professional staff does numerous tests and use a plethora of equipment to ensure your eyes are a good laser surgery candidate. I have to even say that the price difference between the two clinics I went to were not much different, but Clarity Laser really makes that price difference worth it. From the second I walked through those doors I knew that I was not just another number on a spreadsheet to them. My eye health and vision success was their top priority. Alaina made sure you understood everything from start to finish and top to bottom before letting you decide. The surgery itself was phenomenal, Dr. Al-Ghoul ensured I felt comfortable during the entire process, and he gave me a personal follow up call that same day after I've gone home. I really can't rave enough about this clinic and I have already told numerous people to consider Clarity Laser when they are ready to make that decision. Thank you so much for my new visual freedom!

I had a fabulous PRK experience at Clarity Eye Care. I originally had a consult elsewhere and wasn’t convinced. I took a second chance at Clarity and am so glad I did. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful the whole time. I was very anxious leading up to/during the surgery but both Dr. Al-Ghoul and is operating room staff were very calming and talked me through every step which was very helpful! My recovery has been smooth with no issues. I would recommend Clarity to anyone looking for corrective eye surgery.

Let me start by thanking Naima, she was so caring and patient and helped me make the right decision to have Laser surgery.
Now Dr. Ghoul thank you so much for the amazing care and outcome of my surgery. Dr. Ghoul spoke to me throughout my surgery to keep me relaxed and know I was in good hands! Then he followed up with me that night with a phone call to check on me!

I’ve had a great experience at Clarity Laser Vision for ICL procedure! The nurses and staff were very kind and helpful and professional. The surgeon and doctors were always available to answer any questions and so I had full confidence in the team.

The surgery procedure was quick and painless, and the recovery time was very minimal for me and only a week later I have perfect vision. I wish I did this sooner! :)

I have mixed reviews of Clarity. From the testing all the way through to the surgery, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and it made me feel at ease with the procedure. Everything was great! The day after the surgery I went in for the first checkup and they noticed wrinkles on one of the flaps and I was rushed in for a second procedure where they lifted the flap and tried to smooth it out. Was told by the surgeon that he was not sure how this happened (I think he even told me that it was probably my fault), and the feeling was that he was unsure how to correct this or what the effects would be. This left me with blurred vision in that eye. I continued to go back in for checkups and the optometrist was so helpful in explaining what had happened and told me that they are with me until I have 20/20 vision in that eye. All was good! After 3 months with little improvement in my eye, they did further tests and the optometrist was going to make a recommendation to the surgeon regarding my effected eye and told me he would get back to me within a week. Almost 2 months later and still have not been contacted. I feel that I have been brushed off and I’m sure they are hoping I just go away (at least that’s my feeling). The service provided to date was not worth the extra premium paid compared to other options. I will probably give it a little while longer before looking at next steps and seeking a second opinion.

I would not want anyone else to experience this and hopefully this review will at least make you ask tougher questions when determining this surgeon for your eye surgery.

My experience with Clarity Laser Vision was more than excellent! I was looking for a clinic to do an eye surgery for a long time and my first impression of this clinic was very good! I was satisfied with their service from the beginning to the end. All members of the clinic are highly professional and responsible and I loved their positive vibes!
Surgery went perfect! I got so much support, help and care at Clarity Laser Vision at the day of my surgery and still get it every time when I come for my regular checkups.
Thanks to Clarity Laser Vision my decision to have an eye surgery was the best in my life! Cannot thank them enough! I’m enjoying my life more now when I see everything like a hawk :-)
