I got my eyebrows done and the girl Justina did a horrible job. She made both of my eyebrows uneven and was in a hurry because she had a another client waiting to get her eyelashes done. She took 10minutes to do my eyebrows which should take longer and did a horrible job. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN waste of $16.. Visage does a better job

I wasn't to pleased with their costumer service. I had an appointment booked a head of time to get both a pedicure, manicure, hair, and make up done for my grade eight grad. The stylist who did my nails were sloppy and took half of the nail polish off. When it was time to get my hair, I asked the stylist to curl my hair, she only curled half my hair and then straightened the other half. Now when it came time to do my make up the stylist didn't even bothered to do it, and still expected me to pay her for doing my make up, when she didn't even bothering to do so.

HACK JOB of my hair. I asked for reshaping and layers ( I thought this would have been pretty basic for a hairdresser)

I walked out with hair ends that were blunt cut, uneven and frizzy. And there was some greasy sticky product that was put in my hair. SUCH A WASTE OF 50 DOLLARS.
When blow drying at the end. Someone actually had to ask "did you cut it yet". PRETTY SURE THATS NOT OKAY

I had my hair dyed twice at another salon and hated it. I finally went here and Laura did an amazing job fixing it. She actually made it better then what I was expecting and I absolutely love it. On top of that, great service and location. Definitely coming here again!
