After Shawn left I wasn't very happy with the service I got, to be honest a few of the girls in there clearly don't do a great job and are very rushed with their haircuts, ending up in a disaster of a haircut. This is what the bad reviews are from.. the management and service are amazing. I chose to book an appointment with Joe and have never thought about going elsewhere since. He's cut my hair numerous times now and every single time whether he has another customer waiting or not, does a fantastic, thorough job! Super friendly and really knows what he's doing, hes the best!

Thank god for Kayla at hair effects, I was having the worst day! a lady at a different salon completely destroyed my hair she had turned it orange when I asked for it blonde, They immediately put me in a chair and they fixed my hair!! You can't even tell that it was messed up! Wonderful service, wonderful people, I would 100% recommend!!

Don't think I've ever received a shittier haircut, surprised at myself for even paying for it. Went in to simply get my sides shortened and top thinned out a bit as I'm growing it out. After the lady proceeded to shorten the sides I politely asked her to go over it once more as it was still a little long, I then receive the response: "What? You want me to do the whole haircut again? I'm done with the haircut, it's finished". She then went over it quickly. Overall, it was very rushed and clearly the customer service was poor. Do not go here, it's terrible and overpriced. Payed $25 for a half-assed haircut. Never again
