We took our vehicle to this dealership after we bought it somewhere else. We wanted it to be given a once over by a “Chrysler Mechanic” someone who was familiar with the make and model. What a mistake! Their mechanic did not put our oil cap on properly after our oil change and oil was leaking all over for 3 days. I did call on day one but the service tech told me the smoking was just burn off. We had it towed back to Blenheim Chrysler once we realized what had happened. We were assured nothing was ruined from hot oil spilling all over the engine. They topped up the oil; the mechanic apologized and we were sent on our way with 2 mopar mugs. Who wants mopar mugs?! Well no surprise here there was damage done, our alternator failed. Went back to Blenheim Chrysler and was informed the oil leak and alternator fail were not connected. They inspected the vehicle and said we had a secondary leak…what a coincidence? Funny that our oil level never went down and there was no oil spots on the garage floor. (Must have been one of those magical leaks) I asked where the alternator was located because I was told it was directly under the oil cap area and having any oil getting on the alternator was really bad for its longevity. The service tech and the mechanic told me the alternator was located in front of the driver side away from the oil cap. I even asked the parts manager and he reiterated the same thing. Yes so not only did we receive sloppy work they’re also incompetent. Or will go to great lengths to cover their butts. Lying and fabricating bogus repairs are not beneath them. (Just a note we took our vehicle to another mechanic and he said we did not have any secondary leaks and fixed our alternator. Want good service?—Go somewhere else. We would have saved ourselves a lot of time & money if we just would have stayed away. Hope this helps anyone to make a better choice of where to do business.

Not only walking into this dealership are you greeted as if you've been there a million times but dealing with Rob was just amazing. He is the most upfront person we have ever dealt with when buying a vehicle and made us both feel so comfortable. We will be coming here from now on and I have already suggested to a few friends and family members to go there!

I have bought vehicles from Blenheim Chrysler for years and have always been treated amazing! My dad has bought trucks there for years too and told me when I went to buy my first car that I had to got to Blenheim Chrysler! Hands down the only place I'll ever buy a vehicle from and I recommend them to everyone!

Any issues have always been taken care of right away and everyone there is so friendly! I take my vehicles to Blenheim Chrysler for all my oil changes and services! Blenheim Chrysler is definitely worth the drive!
