Loved the receptionists, humbles ،very professionals with positive energy & great first impressions , way much better than many 5 stars hotels( front offices) in North America

I'm going there for the swimming pool. Nice place but I don't feel very secure with my stuffs I advise you to bring padlock.
Also it will appreciate to have more hours for swimming.response / report this review -

the pool and other facilities may be great, but their service is horrible.
they have an automated phone menu, so prepare to spend 1.5 min on the line the first time you call. but hey, here's a shortcut - 9 for english and 0 for the operator. you're lucky if they pick up.
next, the registration date for next course period is not set. sometime in April. when in April? well early April. 1st, 2nd? i dunno you just have to call us back.
if anyone from CDN administration reads this, try calling the NDG line and learn a thing or two.
oh, and i almost forgot to mention. when you finally do get through, the receptionist sounds like you owe her a 100 bucks. not welcoming, that is.response / report this review -

Nice complex. It has a good swimming pool and gyms. Sport classes for everyone.
