I hired a coach because I felt completely done with 9-5 work. I didn’t know which company could help me but Careers by Design were recommend in What Color is your Parachute which I have been slowly reading for years now. Let me just say that if you’re on the fence, get off there and go get some help to work on your life and career. I highly recommend Careers by Design.

In just a few sessions I feel completely invigorated in my career and life. I’ve always felt like I needed a boost every now and then but I never knew how powerful its to have a coach on your side. When I did my research I like the way that Careers by Design approach careers and jobs, they’re part of your life and should be designed or created not just settled for. Fully agree! Very happy with the service received from Careers by Design. They’re opening an office here soon but I met with a coach from Toronto. I wasn’t sure about working over video link but technology was great aside from some issues with my mic. Once that was cleared up it really does feel like you’re in the same room together. I needed help with job search as things have dried up in Edmonton and its not easy to find something when you haven’t been looking for more than 10 years which is my case. We got clear on what jobs to go for, and practiced interviews and it really helped my confidence. Im on way to the right career now so I’m writing this to help others do the same.
