The service department at Bannister is always amazing to deal with. My vehicle is always completed on time and done correctly on the first visit. Cole (the service writer) is always a pleasure to deal with, as are Monica and Cindy at the Service Counter. I never have to worry about being "upsold" or given a list of fixes that I don't need. The entire service department at Bannister are honest, caring and hardworking! Thanks for always being the BEST, guys!!

Very good service. Staff was very courteous and helpful. My truck was checked over thoroughly and the recommended repairs were done in a timely manner. Another repair was necessary after the truck was road tested. The part was in stock and the technician installed it quickly and professionally. I would recommend Capital Motors to others.

The staff and service here was above and beyond anything I could have expected. My vehicle was brought in and looked at right away, was repaired very timely and zero concerns afterward. The staff at the service department were amazing. They kept me updated on the timeline, which they were true too till the repairs were completed, and genuinely helped in anyway they could. Any future work on my vehicle will be done here and my next truck will be bought from them.

Gordon Grant is nothing short of a legend. I was in contact with him for 8 weeks as I transitioned here to Dawson Creek and was left with nothing short of amazing customer service. Mr. Grant was patient, very useful and resourceful, and made purchasing my 2013 Ford Escape easy.

I am not rating this 5 star because of a few things with my used Ford Escape that needs attention after I have bought it, along with the time it is taking for the dealership to repair these minor inconveniences.

All in all, I strongly recommend Capital Motors, and I highly recommend the service of Mr. Gordon Grant.

Bought a used 2011 force escape good service. Battery died before a month wasn't covered little pricey on the install but peace if mind with new battery. Rear window had damage to heating strips that wasn't mentioned in sale but not a total bind though. Windshield was install when bought wasn't sealed correctly or seal failed and water drained in during big rains, fixed it without question Bo charge. Car runs very well and no mechanical issues. Still with the issues I had was treated nicely and why I still Give 5 stars.
