Was in a little while back. Staff member did not seem interested in my business and while I stood waiting for him to finish my sale, he started complaining to a co-worker openly about a business that would not pay its bills. This included the debt owed and the name of the company. I stood waiting while the conversation concluded.
I did not find the behavior professional, especially naming a debtor in front of another client. I normally shop at All Seasons in Victoria, and only went to Cap-it for items I needed faster than All Seasons could deliver. Given this experience, and the general disinterest in my business from the employee, I will continue shopping at All Seasons.response / report this review -

I would NEVER buy from here!! I have priced checked 2 items one was a 1000$ more then two other places in Victoria. I called and talked to the manger who said this is there normal practice and he thinks it is fine. He then started comparing it to buying eggs at the store! Which are marked up a 1$. I told him there is a big difference between a 1$ and a 1000$. Unless u like getting ripped off don't shop here!

I went to Cap-it to get an estimate for a Canopy on my Nissan Frontier. I discussed my needs with Murray and he showed me all the options and prices in a brochure for my truck. I returned to the store a few days later and placed my order.
The Canopy arrived on time and when I returned to the store I was helped by a friendly woman.
I had been shopping around trying to find a used canopy to fit my truck, as no matter where you shop for a Canopy they seem pricey. A new canopy was well worth the money and it looks great on my truck.response / report this review -

I spent fifteen minutes in there with zero acknowledgement from the sales staff. I get that weekends are busy and it's important to focus on the sale but a simple "hello" would have sufficed.

I needed help to unlock the Undercover tonneau on Friday and Corey came out to assess the problem. It turned out that when we had taken the cover off we had incorrectly reinstalled it. Within 10 minutes, the problem was resolved. Such good service from a well mannered young man. Thanks, Corey!

Terrible customer service when went in, seemed to be getting upset that I was asking alot of questions on products I had little knowledge on and that costed hundreds of dollars. First time in the store and last time.

I work for jim pattison toyota victoria as a salesman. When my clients are looking for extra acssecoies that we dont provide in store i do not hesitate on recomenning this company. There work is always top of the line. Murray and his team are the best in the industry

Cannot recommend. Several lousy customer service experiences in a row. I only spent $1000 there because they were the only place in town that had what I wanted.
We indicated we wanted to spend an additional $2000 on accessories but these guys either didn't think they could do it, or they just didn't want our business.
