We were looking for a contractor to renovate the bathroom in our first home 3 years ago and Brock was one of the few contractors who didn't blow us off for the "small job" or just ignore us altogether. I'm so thankful he had time for us because we couldn't be happier with experience. Immediately after meeting him he went to the bathroom to take measurements and my wife said she likes him and wants to hire him. Her judgment was spot on.

After the bathroom they renovated the upper basement and installed new trim throughout the house; the work was excellent. We dealt mostly with Nick and he was also great. I've been told I can be quite difficult to deal with but Nick was always professional and courteous.

We have a kitchen and lower basement that need to be renovated and we can't wait to work with them again. If you're thinking of hiring them, stop thinking and just sign on! You won't regret it.

We're happy to refer CHART to anyone in the area who is considering renovations. In 2019, we had CHART redo our main floor including installing a beam to open a wall and to completely replace our kitchen and we can't say enough good things about them.
We specifically want to call out Matt and Nick who were great problem solvers and very professional, as well as Amanda's design advice which was essential to the success of the project.
It's a relief to work with a trustworthy company like CHART, especially on such a large project.

We had a kitchen Reno with Chart. We were a little nervous at the beginning due to some bad experiences (with another company). From start to the end, the experience was stress free! Chart are very reasonable cost wise too. Communication was excellent throughout. Any problems were explained and options given clearly as well as any potential costs.
They were on schedule. The app that they use was very helpful, you can check what they are doing that day as well as any changes in costs/selections.
All the people that came in to do work (plumbers, electricians, flooring, demolition, kitchen fitters, painter, etc) were courteous and tidy!
I would definitely recommend Chart.

We had a fantastic experience with our CHART renovation this past spring. Our new basement is now a favourite place to go, and the upstairs fireplace with built-in shelving is a cozy, dramatic focal point in our family room. Corey, Matt, Marley and team were a pleasure to work with - their high standards met or exceeded ours, and the team was always respectful of our space. During the job, floors and walls were protected, and things were always left tidy at the end of each day. The project was completed on-schedule, and Marley helped to make adjustments to the plan along the way as we saw changes we wanted to make. We'd absolutely hire CHART again, and highly recommend them.

CHART did our kitchen renovation. From the initial meeting with Brock to the final inspection, everyone was amazing to work with. They listened to what we wanted and the result has exceeded our expectations. They provided input to make the final result look beautiful. Everyone was so great, answering our questions, addressing any concerns and leaving the work space so clean and tidy every day. They stayed on schedule and keep us informed and up to date all through the project. The quality of the work is outstanding. Marley and the crew, including the trades, were fantastic. We would definitely recommend them.

The CHART team has created our dream covered patio extending the roof from our executive bungalow to create an outdoor room. I can share that their team has been a great example of professionalism and teamwork. Right from the planning stage through each stage of building they have done an amazing job. The quality of work, customer service and on time schedule has been impressive. Our project manager Nick looked after every detail and kept us informed throughout the entire project. Canadian Home And Renovation Team went above and beyond with our main floor kitchen/living room renovation creating the perfect space that we simply love beyond words. The crew were professional, knowledgeable and their attention to detail exceptional. Our project was completed in the timeframe we were quoted and our budget was kept so that we have the kitchen of our dreams that we could afford. Following an accident to our home where exterior damage occurred CHART came to the rescue once again and repaired all brickwork to its original condition. Simply amazing craftsmanship!!
