Was a great experience to work with them. Wonderful and helpful customer service. I bought a product and had an easy time throughout the whole process. The prices are amazing with secure packaging upon arrival. Even though they were very busy, they expedited my order to fit my needs. Highly recommend!

The customer service is pretty awful. They need to change their front of staff if they want to turn this place around. Before purchasing I had called in to ask a few questions, and the women was pretty short and sounded condescending. You know, with lockdowns these days. all we have to simply offer in customer service is our voice and kind words over the phone Given that I felt maybe she was having a bad day, I thought I will let it slide.
I ordered some silver. It was late so I called in to inquire since a gentlemen said it would take 20 days. When I called in to inquire, the woman said my order isn’t in but we have others in stock if I wanted to swap, however what was offered was much less value for my original product. Basically tried to rip me off by keeping the more valuable product and selling me something more cheap without telling me about it. My order was late and there older women whom I met, put a face to these calls was awful. I won’t be going back if she is working there. The gentlemen was nice, the younger girl was pleasant, but not her. Sorry, but I’m taking my business somewhere else.response / report this review -

Prices are competitive, however, they took way too long to mail my order (30 days; even though website said it was in stock) and the products were not well packaged at all, which is a real bummer when you pay thousands of dollars for your order. There are much better outfits to deal with out there and I won't be coming back to this one.

So received my order yesturday. After placing it on feb 23rd. And i open the box to see all of my silver not in the tube. And smashed covered in packing peanuts. So on top of it taking over 20+days its all marked up. Called left msg with no call back. I have delt with two other suppliers and this is a first.
