Andrew was great to work with right from the beginning. In fact, we had to change our date and he was very accommodating. He showed up on time, and the floors were finished on time as well. They look amazing and the WOCA Oil is a great product to work with.

We recently bought a house that needed some updating - especially the black walnut hardwood flooring. After some research, we found Andrew and were not disappointed. After meeting him, we decided to not only go ahead with 1200 square feet of oil refinishing, but also 250 square of new installation. Andrew proved to be enthusiastic about his profession, was very detail oriented and a conscientious worker. Our floors are beautiful and we could not be happier with the end result and the work performed by this true craftsperson.

A total waste of time dealing with this "professional". Not only was he unwilling to provide me an estimate despite my flexibility as prospective customer on both schedule and budget. I have never seen such an arrogant attitude from a service provider. If a client is interested in a given commodity and can afford the price, businesses will accommodate to suit the latter's needs. However this particular individual (Andrey Anderson), wasn't "convinced enough" I wanted his refinishing services, despite me showing interest and asking the right questions. Save yourself from disappointment and back and forward email nonsense from this auto proclaimed "expert", and get yourself a reputable Canadian hardwood installer who is not suck in the 1950s mindset and will say "how high" when you say "jump"!

Recently we decided to take out the carpet from our home (family allergies) and replace it with hardwood. Andrew was amazing from the very first day he came to give us an estimate. He was honest and helpful, and saved us some money (which is always lovely). He was accommodating to our kids and dog, as well as our travel plans. Andrew kept us informed of his progress and even came an extra day to let the cleaner into the house for us so we could keep our kids away from the dust (those pesky allergies again). Andrew even helped us move the furniture and appliances. The floors look amazing and have really brightened up our house. I recommend Andrew and am grateful for all he did to help us with this huge reno. Thanks Andrew!!

Andrew exceeded our high expectations in every aspect of the job. The results are outstanding, the work of an artist and technical expert. Our newly oiled 58 year old red oak floors now have incredible depth of colour and pattern unseen until now. New stairs and repairs merge seamlessly with the existing floors.

We had our main floor Red Oak refinished and new Red Oak installed on two other levels. The job came in on time and on budget. Most importantly the floors look amazing. Oiled floors look much better and naturel than the old polyurethane finishes. My only suggestion to Andrew was to have his samples updated as the finished product looks so much better. Andrew is a craftsmen and takes pride in his work.

Our neighbors had Andrew refinish their floors at the time that he was still using urethane. He did an outstanding job and we felt very comfortable going with the oil based finish. The result is fabulous - 18 year old red oak hardwood restored to brand new - amazing grains and colors in the wood. Thank you Andrew for your honesty, attention to detail and hard work. We will enjoy our floors for many years.

Our new (refinished) hardwood floor looks great! Andrew was very professional and did a wonderful job. We are very happy with the result, our oiled floors looks so much more natural. He patiently answered all our questions and was very pleasant to deal with. The process is not dustless, but dust was kept to a minimum. Oiled floors require a bit more cleaning, but the natural look is worth it. We highly recommend Andrew!
