After authorizing payment for 45$ gas + 11.99$ for car wash, no receipt printed. So went inside and asked for receipt so I could get car wash code. Then was told I didn’t pay for it. That if two people purchase around the same time it only gives one. Then went paid for another code, and asked for receipt. The supervisor asked me what was wrong and shut me immediately down saying she already heard me when I came in before. I understand that system errors occur and my attitude may not have been the best, but as a person who works in customer service and deals with issues like this everyday you don’t ask questions you already know the answer too and shut people down. Quite frankly unprofessional behaviour from the supervisor, learn how to deal with upset customers who’ve had a bad day, and explain the situation better since it sounds like it occurs frequently.

Probably one of the better touchless car wash in the city. It’s actually touchless, unlike a lot of other places. The lineup is usually not that long when I go at night and the wash does a good job with cleaning. Have not purchased gas from here but have used the convenience store/gone inside and everyone is friendly.

Denied full service. Some kid told me to go to another pump. I complained, manager called, accused me of being a liar as he spoke to the kid. I am old. Full service was great. Until I was denied and I went to coop crowfoot.

Always one of the more expensive gas stations, and a terribly congested location to boot. Car Wash is always lined up or closed.

On June 11th 2016 around 3:00pm, the one time I filled up near empty from this location their regular gasoline ended up being contaminated. Immediately after filling it started causing sputtering, backfiring, and stalling.

I thought there was air in the fuel line from the fuel filter change, but after a week I filled half the tank with Shell gasoline and it proceeded to contaminate that too. When I realized the issue I drained all the fuel out and Re-filled with shell regular, it is now running flawlessly again.

I just hope it is only a waste of $50 of Fuel, and it didn't damage the engine of an antique car that otherwise runs perfectly.
