They run a very smooth-operating shop! Best prices around, quick and amazing service, very efficient and friendly. We have had two windshields replaced (one a second time, so 3 total - because of their awesome warranty) and we have had it done at both locations. You can't beat the price, especially with their Groupon and other discounts. Well done, folks, and THANK-YOU!!!!

Carmen was very helpful and took the stress out of replacing my tinted rear driver side window. New window looks great and I am very pleased.
She was able to get my window delivered early and refer me to the friendly staff at Tint Tech for my tint.
Mason was also very professional and kind.

Seamless! They had the windshield on hand for a same day replacement. I was hit by a BIG rock falling off a truck travelling opposite direction, luckily only the windshield and not the driver was hit! did not catch trucking company identification and I did not have windshield coverage. After a few calls for quotes/timing etc. Donation to Seniors & Veterians Food Bank was a pleasure to support for such great service and competitive pricing at North CanAlta location. Thanks. There's tons of auto glass places in the city so the only way to lead the pack is with exceptional customer service and quality work which means these guys are ahead of the pack by a lightyear!
They managed to get me in the same day I called and out in less than an hour and half with super competitive pricing.

Poor quality work. I had my windshield replaced at CalAlta and am completely unimpressed. The glass is poor quality with warps along one side. The glass began chipping almost immediately, but I didn't report that within Cal Alta's guarantee and that is obviously my fault. But what upsets me is that they damaged my vehicle and covered it up. Apparently the casing on the box behind my rear view mirror was broken. The box has sensors that track other vehicles and enables automated cruise control, etc. I'm a reasonable fellow and can understand when a mistake has been made. But rather than admitting to damaging my vehicle, the technician duct-taped the interior so that it would stay in place for awhile. When I realized the damage I took the car to my Chevy Dealer and was informed that, yes, Cal Alta had broken the snaps to replace the windshield. The only reason I am not giving this a 1 star is because when I visited the location initially they were friendly and efficient. But speed with no quality is NOT acceptable. I'd recommend anyone against using this establishment.

My experience with CalAlta North was fantastic! Excellent customer service and super friendly. I requested a quote on a windshield replacement and the assistant manager emailed me the next day with an estimate. Once I took my car in, I was told it would be approximately 1 hour- 90 minutes, but it ended up being completed in 40mins! Also, the food drive is wonderful idea and I am glad to see a company supporting our community, what a great cause! Very impressed and will be recommending to friends and family.

Great service, friendly staff. They do their jobs really well. Love the 2 months free rock chip repair and lifetime warranty on workmanship and leaking. Love that there is always a coupon/food drive to lower the price. I've replaced 3 windshields there so far, and numerous chips.

If I could give less than one star I would.
Horrible experience.
I understand when a company is busy it's not easy but they should at least be upfront and honest about waiting times.
I had two rock chips repaired the end result was okay at best .
The technician left urethane on my brand new vehicles hood and globs of resin all over the windshield. As well as burn residue inside.response / report this review -

Always satisfied with every visit.
Today, it was my fourth visit, which means a free repair with their VIP coupon ($20 value).
My repair to be done today was not a single spot, but a long crack line ($40~ value, I believe).
But the gentleman at the counter checked me out, just for free with a smile!!

I called and got a really great quote to replace my windshield. When I got there I was greeted and felt very welcomed. I contacted 4 other places that said they were unable to accommodate because I had GPS and he took the time to come and check it out and assured me it was doable. Fast service, friendly service and very wonderful. the autmosphere was great! I recommend everyone to come here!
