I recently purchased a vehicle through Julian at Sunridge Mazda. The purchase was straight forward and easy. At first, the price point was a bit off from our budget but he was able to show us different options to fit our needs. He went above and beyond to provide us with the best customer experiences. When we went to see the finance department, the entire team was very professional and the process was very smooth. Highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a new car!

The staff at Sunridge Mazda are awesome people. They make you feel comfortable and are very knowledgeable. From my test drive and hours spent with Colten making sure we stuck within my budget, to dealing with numbers with Sunny, and finally the pick up day with Q, I felt like I was valued as a customer and not just another sale for them. I knew what I wanted and they did everything they could to get me that. Best dealership experience I've ever had - definitely recommend!

My experience at Sunridge Mazda was phenomenal. The staff were friendly and kind, Niko, Mark, and Q were efficient and everything went so smoothly. It was Halloween so everyone was dressed up and all of the staff were very welcoming and offered help whenever possible. The receptionist was also very lovely offering me candy and talking to me while I waited. Thank you so much everyone!!

My boyfriend and I dealt with Adrian at Sunridge Mazda and he was super helpful. We met with him 4 times by the time we made the deal and he was patient, helpful, and supportive the whole way through. He was always available when needed, followed through on everything, and genuinely did what he could to create an amicable deal that resulted in us happily driving away in a lovely new Mazda. Q was also incredibly sweet, helpful, and lovely, and the experience with her during pick-up was a great cherry on top of the whole experience. Overall, a great experience!

Walked into the dealership with an idea in mind of what I wanted but not entirely sure. I was assisted by Julian Lau and he listened to the criteria I was looking for and suggested a few models for me to test drive. We immediately got into a few and I really appreciated how quick and efficient the service was, not to mention Julian was really knowledgeable about his products. I am happy with the service that Julian provided and will definitely be coming back.

We bought a Lexus and have to give a double thumbs up for the service we got. Tanner the sales guy was very helpful in getting us a good deal. Mark the financial help led put the financing package together and Kieu was very patient in explaining us all the features on the SUV. I would definitely recommend Sunridge Mazda to anyone buying a new or used vehicle for a very experienced and knowledgeable staff and 5 star customer service

I met Adrian to look at a used car on his lot. He took me out immediately and did not pressure me at all to look at a new car. After looking elsewhere at other dealerships, Adrian was able to get me the price I desired on the car I wanted. Really appreciate the friendly approach to negotiating. As a young woman, sometimes it can be intimidating to purchase a car. I left feeling like I got a good deal. Thanks Adrian! Worse place ever to go to. Big waste of time. They don't care about customer satisfaction, all they care about is getting a car sold and manipulating people. They say they don't pressure people into getting a car but they do. They even lie and are not honest with everything they say. If you bring kids with you they will take advantage of you. We took our daughter one day and since she was getting reckless, we had to leave so they lied and told us if we didn't sign a form for the car or someone else could take it tomorrow, were also told we had to put a deposit down to hold the car. Which was lies just to get us to sign the bank documents. We were in a rush so we didn't read anything, just signed and left. This was our first time trading in a car. I don't appreciate how we were taken advantage of, lied to and manipulated by this dealership. They are very shady people and will do anything just to make sure you end up with a car. Plus threatening us and being very rude to us. Not keeping up with everything that was promised. I'm very speechless and I recommend no one go here after the horrible customer service we got here. I still left the place very frustrated. Plus there was no point talking to the sale managers before because he didn't care, till we left and the other sale manager cared but st that point we wanted to leave because we were so frustrated. The store owner made sure he went home so he didn't have to deal with us. Shows how much they care about their customers being happy and want their business. Don't ever go here unless you want to be taken advantage of and pressured into a car.

Excellent customer service and sales. The entire experience was great from the moment I called in to the moment I drove off the lot. Adrian and Aaron were wonderful and easy to work with. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase something that didn't suit my needs or budget, and the whole process was easy, quick and efficient. I was very surprised at how quickly they were able to do the delivery too. Sunridge Mazda is a very personable and service oriented dealership; highly recommend!

Bought my 2016 Mazda 3 here, great experience, actually fun and stress free. It was so unique, unlike any other dealership I have visited EVER and I am so happy! As a woman I was pretty nervous coming in but the sales team is amazing and they made me feel like family. The service department rocks too, I'm glad I came here because its been so easy to deal with everyone here!
