Total rip off. They state two hour minimum on the phone. After the tow guy completes the job tells you it's a three hour minimum and charges your credit card.

Honestly no stars are deserved it should be a negative 5 stars they tell you one price on the phone when they get to the job site they turn it around and try to charge you 4 times the amount of money than originally quoted for an easy job the good thing is I found another company that charged me half the price that coxon's originally quoted me and I was going to go with the original quote the first time but I found this company I'll never use these guys again or ever reference them anywhere even though I was referred to these guys buy a big company I am never going to use them I'm going to use the people that I found for half the price of the original quote
