  Got one of the better memberships Told me today only some of their drivers can fix a flat tire Waited while she "checked her drivers" They had no one who knew how So they could only tow me so i can go buy a tire. Waste of money, id hate to think what would happen if i needed them in a real emergency situation.

  Travel people are no longer helpful. They just go onto their own site and read from the web pages. You can do that.

  Wife had a flat tire in her truck never called CAA before for service, she got it free for a year because I renewed mine. I had to pick her up so she wouldn't be late for work and said I'll deal with it. Was told she had to be there with the card, she couldn't leave work (teacher) so I had to pay $80 to have dr.hook take it 2 blocks to the nearest Kal Tire Because she couldn't wait till 5 PM to go back to meet the tow driver as she has to pick up our son from daycare after work and Kal Tire closes soon after. I couldn't use mine because I used my 4 calls getting my keys out of my locked truck since the spare key is missing. Not quite the same thing as a tow but a service call is a service call to them.
  
  Turns out it just needed air , they couldn't find any leak and replaced the valve stem as a precaution. Thanks a lot CAA! 👈Sarcasm.
