I reserved the room with paying at hotel option about 2 weeks ago. However, on the day before I traveled to Canada, the owner sent me a message said that I needed to call them to keep the room because they were not able to charge my credit card. Then, 15 minutes later, they said the room is not available and they moved me to another property, different room. The pictures of that place looked worse than what I reserved. Half hour later, I got an email said that the room I reserved was under maintenance so they had to change my reservation.

Why did they charge my card before I arrived there? If the room was not available on that date, they should have contacted me 2 week before. I did not believe the reason they gave me on the email. I doubt how they can get this high review scores if this is how they handle customers. Therefore, I refused they moved me to another property. I rather not stay there. I just found another hotel at last minute before I traveled.

Be aware of this B and B!

Location is right by the sea, only 2 minute walk from the coast line. Wendy is a very nice host and did everything she could to make my stay a pleasant one!

If you like quaint charming places this is the place to stay it's spotlessly clean and beautifully presented as soon as we entered hubby and I were offered tea or coffee being English of course we chose tea it was served from a China teapot into China tea cups. Breakfast was nicer than most and the lady running this place was absolutely lovely.

GORGEOUS HOUSE! Great Hospitality. Close to Airport & Ferrys. Affordable, accommodating. OCEAN VIEW. Great beds. Private Bathrooms. Fine Dining Service for breakfast. Excellent monthly/weekly rates in off season.

As a guest the owner creates a nice experience, and as a hostesses she puts her bnb over the others. The house needs some TLC and some repairs. She has animals which are quite sweat but how she ties two of them up is questionable on whether or not that is fair.

But I do not recommend renting a room from this bnb, it was a terrible experience. Over priced for the disrespect to house rules and poor treatment. House rules are understandable and reasonable as long as they are set in place and continue to be enforced to the tenants and her family whom lives there not only whom ever she chooses.
