I've purchased two vehicles from Browns in the last 6 years and have had amazing service both times, as well as all the years in between. The first time around I purchased a used SUV that was originally an employees vehicle (Lee!) and it was pristine. It came with a second set of tires which were accidentally lost but they were quickly replaced without question. The second time around I worked with Brian the bow tie guy and he was awesome. I waffled a lot and struggled to find something in my budget, and never once did I feel pressured, or ignored, while I hmm'd and haw'd over making a purchase. The biggest deal breaker for me is if someone is pushy, which is why I choose Browns for my car needs. I loved my old SUV and I love my new SUV and I'll continue to recommend Browns to every one I know.

The staff at browns Chevrolet are always friendly and ready to help! Everyone in the service department are always welcoming and makes you feel like family
Have to give a shoutout to my girl Stephanie Honeybourn! She plays a huge role in the parts department and always has a beautiful smile on her face. If you ever need a part giver a call!

I recently bought a 2017 Chevy Malibu from browns. Both Jordan my sales rep and Travis the finance rep did a fantastic job and made the process super easy and comfortable. Jordan even arranged to have vehicle personally delivered to me. That's what I call excellent service. I would recommend Browns Chev to anyone looking for a new or used GM

Browns made shopping for my wife's car fun again, the way it should be. No pressure no hassle no fus. The staff were super positive and friendly and very helpful. Jordan fines made shopping very easy and pleasant and I would certainly recommend to any of my peers to stop in and talk to Jordan if they are in the market of a new or used vehicle.

The only reason for a star is because I dealt with a great sales rep when I was searching for a vehicle. However, the auto service department here was by far the worst I have ever experiences. I made complaints, which fell on deaf ears. Negative 5 stars for that. This is based on three separate experiences with the service department.
