We stayed at the Browns cabin it was a great experience it was an extraordinary weekend. The environment was clean cool and calm. The cabin was breath taking my family and I had a great weekend there and is excited to go back. Services was excellent I would recommend everyone to give it a try. Booked now. We had TV , Internet well equipped kitchen nice n fresh bedrooms and bathroom living and dining room overall it was a great place to be. It's a home away from home.

We stayed at the Brown's 2 bedroom CABIN. It is a comfortable
cabin, with character!
The kitchen was well stocked with all of the appliances, dishes, pots, etc that you need . There was a barbecue a picnic table and chairs, outside for our use.
The interior of the cabin had a dining area, living room with a hide a bed, the bathroom had a tub/shower and there were 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed.
The cabin was well located, within walking distance of all of the highlights of Manitou Beach.
The friendly husband - wife owner/management team, were very accommodating. They checked in on how everything was, ( enough bedding, towels, etc..)
We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome package on our arrival.
Thank you and we'll see you next year!!

We had our family reunion at Brown’s Motor Inn. Ideal place for a family gathering. Self contained clean, cozy units with kitchens and a retro vibe. Centrally located to all attractions.Owners were very welcoming and eager to make our stay pleasant as possible. We booked again for our 2018 reunion.

Not recommended!! I am finally getting around to writing this review about my unpleasant stay, and now notice on google reviews that the two owners are the ones who EACH gave this place a 5 star review of their own business- not cool, but I certainly know why! This is a place that looks and smells like it was built around 1940, and between the smell, all the BUGS, the noise outside, poor room temperature control and the terrible mattress we both couldn't get any real sleep at all. The area seems ok though as there is lots of cool art and antique shops and many restaurants to choose from, so maybe we will return some day but we will NOT be staying at this place if we do.
