Opened my eyes to the modern mobile home. It's not a 70s double wide with aluminum siding and wood paneling inside. Go drywall and a high peaked roof and you've got yourself a pretty nice looking house. I liked that he was able to give me some ball bark prices on the spot. Now if I could just find some property to put this thing
