I wasn't sure what to expect switching dentists for the first time in my life after moving to the area, but they made it so easy! They were very friendly, upfront about all costs, walked me through all of my options, and went out of their way to call me ahead of my follow-up appointment to let me know what the costs for my new retainer would be. I really appreciated it.

My family has switched from an expensive dentist to Bloor West Smiles.
We are very happy.
The treatments from the dentist have been excellent and I never felt that I was pushed to do expensive and unecessray procedures. My hygienist is very knowledgeable, especially about gum issues, and does a very though job. The hours are convenientt, the office staff is efficient, patient, and kind, and the rates reasonable. I highly recommend.

I've had consistent, excellent customer service over the 13+ years I've been a patient at Bloor West Smiles Dental. The front end staff always provide a warm welcome and complete the insurance paperwork/invoicing quickly. They offer lots of flexibility with bookings - including evening and weekend appointments. The Hygienists do a very thorough cleaning and the Dentists explain what the next steps are and if there are any areas they are monitoring. I have recommended Bloor West Smiles Dental to friends who are also happy patients.

I've been receiving dental care from Dr. Kostirko and his team for the last twenty years. The staff is friendly and the quality of work is excellent. The office is clean and modern and helpfully located near the subway station.
