  I don't think all their staff are certified.. a "trainee" messed up my fill and made excuses as to why my nails didn't match. Took over an hour and a half for a fill then had to be "corrected" I was asked why didn't I tell him my nails didn't match 50 dollars later my nails still don't look the way I wanted. I will not be returning, they use to be great.

  I heard good things about them, bought my girlfriend a gift certificate for a pedicure, unfortunately they did a sloppy job. Disappointed, will try another place next time.

  I will literally go no where else, they are always friendly and always do a great job. My nails grow out and they still look natural

  I've visited a few other places but Tracey and Micky are the best. They are very friendly and have great attention to detail.

  I've been there many times. They are clean, friendly, and will remember you by name. They have satellite tv and the part that I love the best is the gel nails they apply barely lift! Good quality! They will always rinse your feet with warm water! I will continue to go there.

  I had my nails done here for my wedding with my mother in-law and sister in-law. They did an absolutely wonderful job and the women who worked on our nails were so sweet. I would go back there in a heartbeat.

  Only positive comment is that the lady was pleasant. Barely what you could call a pedicure. The water was lukewarm and the worst was they used a little yellow sponge to rub your feet which took about a minute. No exfoliating the big toe or heel and two of my nails are rough because they were barely filed. The worst pedicure I've ever had.

  I went to another salon (Model Nails at Fanshawe pk rd and Hyde Park) and got a terrible mani/pedi. Even after trying to get them to fix it I could tell the job was terrible. I stopped in at Bliss to see if they could help. For $20 less than the other "salon" Tracey and Micky did an amazing job on my feet and hands. I feel like a nail model now. They had great attention to detail and were so polite and helpful. The client in the chair next to me told me not to worry, I would love my experience at Bliss, that they would take care of me properly and she was right. Thank you so much, Bliss Nail and Spa. I am ready for Mexico now!!!

  Went here with a friend for a pedicure and made an appointment but still had to wait from them to finish other clients before they started ours. They ran out of hot water so our feet were soaking in cold water while we waited for them to boil some water in a kettle to add, but by then they were taking our feet out to do the nail work. They rinsed off our feet with freezing cold water. One of the workers daughter was running around and being very bothersome. When we went to pay, they didn't charge my friend tax because she paid cash but charged me tax because I paid debit.
  
  NEVER EVER going back to this place, and I advise you to do the same.
