  I've had my Blackstone custom sauna for 4 years now and am very happy with this sauna. The product is very well made and works superbly every time, no issues. Only recently I experienced a problem and in contacting Len, he was quite helpful in trying to diagnose what the issue was. It turned out to be a faulty wire (was an electrical issue that had nothing to do with the control panel or keypad --or the sauna itself). He was professional, polite and most importantly --fixed it quickly and made valuable suggestions so this doesn't happen again. If you are looking for an infrared sauna and would like to purchase from a company that backs up their product and service, I would highly recommend Blackstone.

  Awesome company, Their website gives you all specs and information on the models as well as informing you that the specifications can vary and to leave extra room if you are planning on building it into a space. I would strongly disagree with Grant as I am a contractor and have installed numerous saunas in my houses and Blackstone has always bent over backward to accommodate me. Why leave a negative comment if you failed to do your homework. There is a reason Blackstone Saunas is the longest running sauna company in Canada and I would recommend them to anybody looking for any type of sauna.

  I had ordered a Pure 3 sauna and it was 60" wide according to the spec's on the website. I asked the salesman to verify it and he did. I said to make a note on the file that it can't be over 60" When I received the sauna 3 months later it was 62" wide. Then I was told I can't return it because I opened the box. They told me the new saunas were changed to 62" wide and there is nothing that they can do about it now. They gave me the phone number for the owner but he never returned my voice mail message. I am very disappointed with this company.

  I love my Blackstone infrared sauna. I use it regularly and complements a healthy lifestyle. Its a great way to wind down specially after a workout or in the evening.
  There are many health benefits from using saunas regularly beyond detoxification and making one feel great. I would recommend a home sauna to anyone
  wishing to improve their well-being.
