A great local establishment for a limited but very well done menu including poutine, various perch options, some delicious veggie options etc.
Check out the Trading Post next door for a different menu. The stew and cheese cake I had were second to none! Also a nice little gift shop upstairs.response / report this review -

A must stop if you in the area. We were visiting Point pelee national park and i had read reviews about this place and wanted to try it. Fantastic Perch and service. Price is decent. Definitely worth it. Good ice cream too.

I actually ate at the Trading Post which is owned and run by Birdies Perch but is next door. The decor is beautiful, you can get a great cup of coffee, a simple and taste meal and/or shop for local treasures! I am also told they now have their liquor license. Great spot for sure.

Great fries but pricey for a fish a new chip or hot dog lunch. Ice cream is a good value - $2 for 2 scoops!

Perch o boy and hand cut fries are the best fish and chips we've ever had. The fish is super fresh and the dressing is very special. The fries are really tasty, beat MacDonald's no joke.

The best fish and chips I ever have elsewhere! Came with my friend raised up in marine town and he says the fish is very good too. Fish is very fresh and savory. The bus is cute to eat in too. They sell kawartha ice cream and they give big portion which satisfies my sweet tooth.

Fish tacos to die for. Retro style food truck in an old double decker bus. Takes about ten minutes to get your food. We went in the rain so options were limited for staying dry, but overall we were thrilled with the quality of this gem.

Excellent perch and the Birdie sauce is perfect for fries but please don't ruin the perch with it! Fresh cut fries and a. Ice cream shop next door what more can you ask for.

The food was well worth the wait :) I got the Green Goddess wrap and my mom got the Perch tacos. She absolutely loved it. Loved the setting, it had a great patio vibe to it. Loved the birds flocking to the feeders and the outdoorsy feel to it. Truly pretty.

Good fish & chips! Their birdie sauce goes well with both the fish and fries. Not the cheapest fish & chips but worth a try. Be prepared to wait for your food as their kitchen is small and they cook everything fresh.
