  Birchwood approved my 5 year loan but now that I am on the last payment, they are demanding $1700 more to remove a vehicle immobilizer that they installed at the beginning of the loan. Be warned about this agency, as the vehicle is worth like $700 and it will cost more to remove the immobilizer.

  It was the best experience I've ever had when buying a vehicle, and I've bought alot of vehicles over the years . Mike (Downs) and Mike (manager) went above and beyond to help us get our son a car for his graduation despite my credit.
  I cant say enough about Birchwood and will definitely be back for vehicles in the future, and recommended you to everyone I can. Thank you so much!!!

  I would say 2.5 stars, it started off good, took us in right away and are very thorough in explaining everything. The process was very informative. The person we dealt with was personable The problem came when she took my daughter's driver's license and then we didn't notice she forgot to give it back (this was Saturday afternoon) Monday comes along and my daughter needs her license, but she can't find it anywhere we panic, she mentions Birchwood but I say, "I am sure they would call you if they had it" apparently they wouldn't because we got her a new license (paid 10) only to find out late Monday afternoon btw your license is on my desk!! I am sorry but that is downright rude! They could have sent a quick text to let her know. She doesn't have a car at the moment so that's why she didn't notice it missing right away. This made me so mad!

  Very knowledgeable, kind and focused on you what you need and can afford.They also take the time to walk you through your options, and teach you about credit. I would definitely highly recommend.

  I had a great experience with Mike Kreps
  He didn't tried to sell me just a car!
  I told him exactly what I would like and on the end he made it super easy to actually order a brand new vehicle from the manufacturer to the exact point how I want it
  Waiting time was a bit long but I'm super happy with what I got and the service I got provided from him
  Thumps up he is really awesome
