I’ve been handicapped for 6 years and am DISGUSTED to find out that your Cab Drivers and Dispatch would be so CRUEL to someone with a Service Dog.. YOU WANNA SEE HOW FAR THIS GOES? That DOG HAS MORE MANNERS… maybe Edmonton area isn’t a very good place to have a business like yours.

Terrible and rude experiences with this company with people of disabilities who require a service dog! The driver was exceptionally rude and didn't care one bit if he was reported, he just didn't want a credited service dog in the car! They should be fined for how they treat people with disabilities. WILL NEVER USE!! 0 Rating.

Great experience , Excellent service, very responsive, convenient and friendly ! Would highly recommend. Great service and are punctual. Doing proper sanitization and no contact services.they have very good flat for Edmonton and airport trips .

I catch a cab to work everyday. This company is great! The cab drivers are friendly, they always get me to work on time and they treat me well. I would recommend them 100%. Drivers are always on time . they provide cheap rare then other companies. i save a lot .thank you so much .

DO NOT USE 4694222. As a young woman, I hate these guys so much. I blacked out from the bar and I remember being touched in the back seat and didn’t make it home til 2 hours later. They charge so much money to go to certain addresses in Edmonton that I use the other company now because they treat you fair. And FYI most of other reviews are fake ones. They make random accounts and post that they are amazing but they are not. Use any other company

Flat ride cabs are really awesome. Very good and excellent customer service. Very cheap and reliable.
Anytime anywhere just in less then 5 minutes

I have used them before and one time was good, but this most recent time was awful. I called them up only to hear a lot of yelling in the background. Okay a bit unprofessional, but no big deal. The guy on the phone with me was curt and sounded annoyed for the entire phone call. He did not tell me how long it would take to get the cab near where I was nor could I ask him about the flat rate because he hung up on me mid call. The taxi cabbed arrived a few minutes later. The driver was quiet, so cant complain there. But on the radio that they use in the car (or whatever it is) I kept hearing yelling. fortunately my ride was short. I wont use them unless i have no other options, overall it was unprofessional.

Had a cab trip the other week with Raman and I'm certain he's one of the best cab drivers I'll probably ever have. He had a great conversation with me and drove me from work to home to fort where he waited outside for me to pick up a return for taking me back home sherwood park again .
Absolutely incredible service thank you very much. Call them for best ride .

The one and only best cab company in Sherwood park with all new cabs. Number one service, always on time. Their cars are always neat and clean. Drivers are so friendly and well trained. I always prefer only and only this company.
