  Big Ben was in the neighborhood. I talked to them to see if they could fit us in. I called Amanda and she got it done they were there within a half hour. What a fabulous job and super friendly guys who did the work. Highly recommend Big Ben.

  Josh did an amazing job with our furnace, duct, and humidifier cleaning. He was polite, courteous, on time, explained everything to us, and even alerted us to an issue with our furnace that we'll be following up on. He did a really thorough job and we'll be going back to Big Ben for our next duct cleaning. Great customer service on the phone too. Highly recommend them!

  This is our second time using Big Ben for services and again had a great experience. Previously we had carpets cleaned but this time we had our dryer vents and furnace done in addition to carpets. We are in a rental that is in the middle of a construction zone. We also have pets and a child with asthma so our furnace vents were especially dirty. The level of professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail was great. Josh was especially helpful noting some deficiencies in the house build that is causing dangerous lint build up in our dryer vent. Every step of the way the process was explained in detail, all the costs laid out and approved prior to completing the work. And they even had to come back a second day to complete some of the work due to the bad weather and a slippery roof. There was no additional fees and minimal hassle for this. There may be cheaper alternatives out there but I feel more comfortable going with an experienced and professional company with no hidden fees. We will use their services in the future!

  Big Ben cleaning were helping us to clean some cushions from our Spa and aquatic area. They were really helpful to coordinate the service time and were really understanding as we wanted to have the less impact in our guest experience. They were always on time to pick up and deliver the cushions. Highly recommended
