Unbelievable value for the service. We had a small flood in the basement after my sump pump gave out. I called them after we dried the carpets, and they arrived in 2 hours. I ended up having him clean all our carpets and chairs, for nearly half the cost of the previous company we used. Unbelievable quality, friendly service. I’ll never call anyone else.

Great professional carpet cleaner. They were quick efficient and did a really detailed job. They offered to come at a time that was convenient for me and they got the urine smell out of our carpets.

Baseline went above and beyond for us. We had just moved in and desperately needed the carpets cleaned, baseline accommodated us within 30 mins and were so incredible. They were so professional, fast and efficient. Our carpets look amazing, my husbands allergies have really improved. Their quality and their prices can't be beat. Thank you guys so much!
