I have been coming here for a short while , amid and his coworker are Definetly a humorous fun loving type of people . The world needs more ami’s and less other types . It’s not often I get shown kindness or empathy to my situation but I’ve received both and nothing short of professionalism . As long as better me pharmacy is open for business consider me a life time customer .

I had a large package that was left at Fedex drop off located in the Better Me Pharmacy. This wasn't ideal because (to no fault of the pharmacy) the store hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, which falls into my working hours, so I made arrangements to take an hour off work to pick my package up at 9am this morning. Despite the website, sign on the door and voicemail all stating that the store opens at 9am, I arrived at 9am and waited for 30 minutes with no one there. I called their number and I left a message but did not receive a call back. I then called again later in the morning from a different number and Omar picked up. He indicated that he was not the store owner so he couldn't do anything to help me and suggested I call back on Monday. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and problem solving, which seems surprising given the high ratings.

Got my covid booster and flu vaccine here, very professional with a relaxed environment. The pharmacist was polite, warm and informative.

We stopped here by chance to get my 91 year-old dad his Covid booster and flu shots. The pharmacist was simply amazing! He had a line of people and he remained true grace under pressure. Everyone got served and his interpersonal skills kept the customers in a good mood. We all ended up talking to each other, and no one complained. He even called back to follow up on a question we had and to see how we were. My family has gone back for their shingles shots since. Rod

Just had my flu shot at Better Me Pharmacy and got my COVID vaccines months ago. Drove past 4 pharmacies to get here and I'd do it every time! Talk about quality care for the customer!!! You won't find a more attentive and caring, friendly and professional, knowledgeable and highly qualified pharmacist and pharmacy than Ami and his staff in White Rock. You'll feel like walking into "Cheers" where everybody knows you name! Your not treated as an "inconvenience or a bother." like the big name pharmacies. I'm transferring everything over from Shoppers! A+ for Advice plus!
