I was in today and had the most amazing experience with the staff at Bella's Bridal. My family and I drove 2 hours from opposite directions to meet at a salon in Vaughan. After a bad experience I left feeling disappointed. With some quick thinking a call was made to Bella's Bridal nearby and the staff were more than accommodating for a quick walk in between their appointments. I walked in feeling very flustered and but after explaining my wishes in the most ridiculous way (fitted but not too fitted, flowy but not too much, lace but not too heavy, etc) the staff pulled some amazing dresses. Within minutes I was in a dress that I probably wouldn't have pulled off a hanger for myself but the staff just knew it fitted my hopes. It probably only took about 10 minutes before I had my amazing bridal moment and knew I had found the dress. I can't thank the staff enough for saving what started as a very disappointing day. I now have my dress ordered and can't wait to see the staff again when I go to pick it up!

My experience with Bella Brides was excellent. The dress I wanted for my daughters wedding was discontinued. We typed in the designer and style number and Bella Bride had one left in my color and size. Nadi was my contact person and she was great. The dress was shipped to my door and arrived in 4 days. I would not hesitate to do business there again.

Bella’s Bride is my favourite place. Extremely helpful and professional. This has been the place my entire family has used for weddings in the last 8yrs! They are the best!

Found the dress of my dreams here and they were so accommodating and supportive when I needed an impromptu 2nd appt to decide between 2 dresses!! Joelle has been amazing in this process and I can't express how happy I am to have gone with Bella's! 11 Bridesmaids dresses to follow! �

Bella was great; got us a great deal on a dress that had been discontinued and the alterations on were spot-on. I was
~7 months pregnant at the time! Also got wedding invitations done there as well. Very professional. Joelle, Bella's assistant was also kind, helpful and courteous.response / report this review -

Horrible experience!!!!!
Was very rushed and had 2 bridesmaids not fitted correctly and unable to exchange their dress even though it was the shops mistake.. No discount to even alter the dresses. Would never go back!!!!response / report this review -
