I bought a stove online, I called the next day for more information about the delivery. The lady (Diane) reminded me a little later telling me that the price of the stove was not the right one, that they made a mistake. I told her that I knew my rights and the law of the consumer, but she continued to insist that they had made a mistake and that they had already reimbursed me the amount paid (reimbursement without my consent). I asked to speak to the manager, he never called me back. I called back, they were no longer responding. I'm still waiting for news, the formal notice is the next step.

You sold us a washer that does not work!! Your repairman didn’t fix it properly , he left the drain house off and then out the washer back and said it was fine to use and when we did the laundry room was flooded!!! I will not sit here and let’s this go I will make sure I get my money back for the washer and I will spend ever possible second making sure I let everyone know what type of company you run!!! I will make sure your company never screws over anyone else again, also when we called about this all you did was hang up and tell us to call a lawyer

ERVICE CUSTOMER NULL !!! They tell me they will come for the fridge and the freezer. Do not show up tell me to call back the next day to pick it up around 14:00, I tell them it's only a fridge and refuses to pick it up. S
