No one informed me about change of speaking test venue. In morning i went so far to give speaking test and i found theres no speaking test today. I took my day off and wasted so much money and time to go there. It was so disappointing when i asked for my refund they refused it.

Here is the email i got from british council. Moreover, my account details no one called me to inform as i called on my speaking day and you guys wants me to come to Missisauga which is more than an hour drive from Guelph. I went so far wasted my money by hiring a taxi. For rescheduling speaking how can i take more day off from work at a very short notice. I booked a test for Guelph and you guys wants me to come to Missisauga. Which i never booked. When i asked for a new test date you guys refusing that as well how is this fair or just refund my money if you cant do that. It is a BIG SCAM!!!!

This place is a paradise. BITTS has a very polite and kind staff .They will help and assist you with all your needs.I would definitely say this is the best location to write IELTS.
Also, the environment of the school is very clean which is helpful for the safety and health due to the current pandemic.I will surely recommend BITTS to all IELTS takers.

I have taken the IELTS exam on 23 August 2020, at BITTS and was extremely satisfied with the outstanding customer service throughout the exam. The staff was courteous and painstaking when it comes to adhere with the new social distancing policies due to the COVID pandemic. I can say that they provided a conducive environment for all test takers to concentrate on the exam and were helpful in case something goes wrong.

I gave my IELTS here. I submitted request for an aditional TRF. It was supposed to be 4 day process and it has been more than a month no response. Never respond to emails, no problem was solved after calling like 7 times. During registeration it stated that you can send your results to five institutes in two years for no administrative cost, but when I submitted a request to send one then whole story was changed and they were like if you had given adress before tests than we would do that not any more. You will have to pay. I paid but no response.

I gave IELTS at this location in the month of March 2020, I was impressed by the service. I got to retake IELTS so I again booked for April 18,2020. Due to lockdown my exam got postponed many times and last date was September 12,2020. Meanwhile, I booked one more date for August 08,2020 but there was no confirmation as the centre was not accepting payments in the month of May. Later on I received an email that the payment accepting is resumed, I made a payment and waited for more than one month for confirmation, sent emails to BITTS. And I tried calling many times, every time my call was answered, I was told that they are not from IELTS department, they always take my name and phone number and tells that I will get a call back from BITTS IELTS team. So far I didn't get any call back. when I didn't receive any response I fed up and visited the BITTS office and requested for confirmation, they were not sure about the exam, so I requested to cancel my both exams. I was told that I'll receive refund for both dates within 3-4weeks. It's been 5weeks, I have only received one refund, could you please release other refund also.
I'm also attaching the screenshots of the emails which I have sent on July 12th and August 4th and until today didn't get any response.

I graduated from the Office Administration program offered at BITTS college in at the end of last year. One of the reasons I chose to attend this college was because of the convenient location of the campus as well as the flexible hours. What I got when I left was a wonderful education and an amazing job. The teachers were highly experienced, kind and professional. This year, I gave my IETS exam also, with this centre. I would recommend Bitts College to anyone looking for a good education centre and IELTS test centre. If you work hard you will have the full support of the staff who are patient and very helpful.
