Horrible. Was charged double for a wheel alignment that was no good at all. Vehicle jumped all over the road and it was a 2 wheel drive and when you would turn it would hop like a 4x4. When i took it back i had made a appointment a week before. Took time off work to and drove 80 miles. Told to be there at 8 in the morn. Then they wanted me to leave it all day. So when i disputed this the manager. Called me a wineing a#*hole. Not very profesinal behavior. Pretty much slanderd me. Do not recomend this sh*# hole to anyone. Could have got in a fist fight over there shodie work.

Awesome place to go i drop my car off 1st thing this moring for a out of province inspection . That was at 8 am its now 10 am the called and told me what i needed for the car which i knew it needed anyway great people to deal with . Its going to be my go to place for any work i need in the future 😊

We recently came over here seeking a second opinion on some mechanical work another garage had recommended. Seeking a second opinion, a friend recommended we try Auto Trac as he had been a customer for years and had always had great service. While not having had work done here before, and not knowing what to expect, we were very pleasantly surprised when they had a look and said that we didn't need the rather expensive work that had been recommended by the first garage. We've now stayed here because of the great service we have had ever since then. We can't say enough about how much we appreciate honest, sincere service that isn't just about making a quick buck but more about building a relationship of integrity and trust! A relationship you can depend on.

Super service! Have been going here for years and never been disappointed. Love the whole team. We have rotated thru at least 8 vehicles over the years.

Fast, honest and friendly service. I've been bringing my car here since I moved to GP and have always been very happy with my experience at Auto-Trac.

Best shop in GP. Staff are very friendly and professional. They really know their vehicles here. We bring diesels and gas trucks here, very honest guys. There is also a playground nearby to bring the kids while you wait. We will continue to be loyal customers
