  They said "your truck needs a service every 5000km" even though the official ford website said every 7500 miles which is 12000km. They didn't even bother to look at the official Ford website.

  Lacks a large, onsite set of vehicles to peruse. I have heard very good and very bad things about the mechanics, so pick your choice :-/

  Worst service ever !!!!!
  Noticed numbers were not making sense talk to the finance lady ( amanda ) asked her for a better breakdown. She applied that todd the sales manager should be in the conversation. I asked him about it tried to explain it but he kept on talking over me then says this deal is done then hung up on me !!!

  I go in for service on my Focus. Always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. When I leave I know I was given the best deal and am confident in the repairs.
