My father has been going for decades to this 'business'. They ruined nearly $300 worth of my clothing and IGNORED the labels stating to spot clean only. Did not give me a refund for their garbage job or the loss of my favourite wool hats. They told me to take a case up with the courts and then HUNG UP the phone. They lost a life long customer and my father will be sure to let others know of their terrible customer service AND skills.

I believe this is the best cleaner place in town.
First of all, their price was fair enough for both of us and not expensive , no overpriced at all.
The owner looked happy every single time I drop off rain or shinyfor many many years they have served in this area and people have all expressed great feedback over their service.
Highly recommended. Five stars.

Sorry but I was always taught that it's better to say nothing than to complain. So this is my upbringing and I am still stuck with it to this day and all that it entails. Anyhow, I brought an area rug here to be cleaned. Eighty dollars later I took it home assuming that it was in fact cleaned only to find out that it was exactly the same as when I dropped it off, though now wrapped in a nice plastic bag. I even noted that the fluff pieces from our dog were still there not to mention the usual stains that we were hoping to get cleaned. It even smelled the same as when we brought it in, we had a cat that peed on it and that was just as strong with no hint of the usual dry cleaning chemical smells or neutral smells that maybe would be there from a regular cleaning. So it was in fact not touched beyond being put into a plastic bag for a week. That's it. Now my dilemma is do I go back there and demand that he do his job? I really don't come from that part of our culture that does that so I am left with writing a review as my outlet. So the bottom line is this, assuming that maybe giving him the benefit of the doubt, he might have just out-sourced his cleaning job, and I'm fine with that. But if that's the case then he should have checked the quality of the workmanship so as to not put me in this situation. Though I honestly don't know if they do rug cleanings on site, I guess knowing the answer to this would explain what really happened. I'll never go back there.
